About Dwight Eubanks

Dwight Eubanks is a Style Purveyor!  The native Atlantan has masterfully cultivated an international reputation of excellence within the Hair Industry and beyond. His technical expertise was honed working with Joico, Bronner Brothers and Redken, among other big business giants.

In 1994, he founded and debuted the Purple Door Salon in Atlanta, Georgia. Soon fashionistas from around the country were flocking to his locale, forging the salon’s distinction as Atlanta’s “In The Know” Beauty destination. In 2002, Eubanks opened a second location, Purple Door Salon~ Greenbriar. Both properties offer its clientele practical expertise by means of treatment and genuine artistry, expressed in hairstyling. Almost single-handedly Dwight Eubanks has guided the organic evolution and successful market-branding of the Purple Door that exist today!

He created Purple Door~ Institute de Beaute ( a division of Purple Door Enterprises, headquartered in Paris, France), which utilizes workshops and seminar formats, to present a comprehensive, interactive, skillfully learnable system of training for salon owners and their staff. This program provides fortuitous opportunity for Dwight Eubanks and his team of [eclat] professionals, to share their accumulated knowledge on all aspects regarding the Business of Hair.

While attention was initially bestowed on Mr. Eubanks for his innovative manipulation of tresses and points of focus on healthy hair… this tastemaker’s strikingly original Visual Styling has created a demand for services in the Decor and Fashion categories. as well. For the past eight seasons, his imaginative holiday scenes have consistently triggered a scheduling frenzy as Societal, Government and Corporate patrons, jockey for his signature touch.

Along with overseeing the Purple Door Salons, Mr, Eubanks divides his time as, Guest Stylist in New York, Miami, Los Angles, Paris and Dubai. He is Producer/ Coordinator of Specialty Events (including a bi-annual Couture Collection Fashion Show that has generated a cult following)

Please keep your FB and all other connections updated, I was too through when I found out I missed out on your much raved about ParTay only because I was in the process of moving my office locations. I was at the other one for 10 years prior to the move, so now I have my hand held/office & home pc..I’m good to go, just let me know what you are handling, and I will make a move (if opp allows) to get down to the ATL, or betta yet, see what you can do in the DC area. You have a big support team here as well. Stay loved and do you Drivah!

I think Dwight should give NENE some lessons on class, because that ghetto mess is a disgrace! She has really allowed her 15 minutes of fame to go to her head.. Whats more ghetto then not knowing who your father is. I believe that NeNe is jealous of Kim and Kandi because they got theirs and the first season was all lies.. Propabably except from Kandi, all of them are broke . That NeNE has know class, and is a loud common, want to be seen , jealous hater! I know dwight dont do her hair! You are ghetto NeNE, go get a crown put into your mouth. PS, you are big, black and ugly, we do see you, so try to saty in the background as much as possible. Sorry Dwight, NeNE is not worthy to be considered a close friend of yours, no class, no class no class.

Dwight, you are a wonderful person! Your honesty is what I love the most. And I hate to have to agree with the other comment, but NENE is classless! If you consider her a true friend, thats great, but she needs a lot more mentoring from you. Thank you for bringing reality to reality TV. Those ladies would be a reck without you! You actually keep the show from being a complete embarrassment to people from ATL. Thanks for being you!
